Arielle Lee, President

Arielle is the Outreach Coordinator of the Global Journal, though she began her work as an editor. She is a fourth-year Environmental Studies and International Affairs major with minors in Political Science and Urban Studies, and has a passion for climate justice. Arielle is from Lexington, MA, but called Hong Kong home for three years. Fun fact - she has been to over 20 countries! 
Sophia Naumovski, Co-Editor in Chief

Sophia is the co-editor-in-chief for the Global Journal and is excited to continue her second year working with the magazine. She is a third year student, studying environmental studies and international affairs, along with minors in German and Global Fashion Studies. Outside of Northeastern, Sophia has studied abroad in London and participated in a climate science and policy dialogue in India and Nepal. She is originally from New Jersey, though her family originally hails from North Macedonia, where she continues to visit family often.
Natalie Lehmann, Co-Editor in Chief

Natalie has been an active member for two semesters and is an Editor-In-Chief. Starting in NU.in Dublin, Natalie is a second year international affairs and international business major. Before attending NU, Natalie lived in Granada, Spain for one year studying Spanish and taking culture classes at the local university. Natalie is from San Antonio, Texas and the Czech Republic, trying to split her time between both homes and Boston, she refers to herself as Cze-xi-can (she has family from Mexico as well).
Lois Hong, Treasurer

Lois Hong is a second-year undergraduate student at Northeastern University studying Political Science and Finance from the Bay Area. As a first-generation Korean-American, she returns to Korea often to visit family and explore the busy country! This past summer, she embarked on her first Dialogue of Civilization titled The Twenty-First Century City: London in a Global Society and explored Europe after. She cannot wait to study abroad more (hopefully in Switzerland!) She is excited to be a part of this wonderful community of global thinkers as the treasurer, handling the budgeting. In her free time, she loves to take film photos, surf, and try out yummy food with friends!
Lily Cormier, Outreach Chair

Lily is the Outreach Chair for the Global Journal and a third-year student studying finance and criminal justice though highly interested in real estate, sustainable practices, and criminal justice reform. Having studied abroad in Denmark through the Happiness & Sustainability Dialogue in Summer 2022 and having met people from around the globe at Northeastern, she has become fascinated by intercultural dialogue and the opportunities of travel. Outside of the academic and professional setting, Lily enjoys lifting, going on walks, and being in nature!
Allegra Alexander, PR/Engagement Chair

Allegra Alexander is a second-year undergraduate student at Northeastern pursuing a combined major in Business Administration and Psychology. Although she grew up in New York City, she feels strong cultural ties to Italy, specifically Cortina d’Ampezzo, as her mother and most of her family live there. After participating in NU.in Greece, she joined the Global Journal and is now the PR/Engagement Chair for it. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time in nature.
Belle Lim, Web Design Chair

Belle is a fifth year studying Computer Science with a focus on human-centered computing and a minor in Experience Design. Belle has lived in 10+ cities across the US from Amarillo, Texas to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is currently a proud resident of Flushing, Queens in New York City. Coming from a Malaysian-Chinese and Cantonese family, her favorite place to travel is south east Asia to enjoy the delicious food! In her free time, she enjoys finding new restaurants to try, cooking, baking, bouldering, and reading!
Allison Tarbotton, Junior Designer

Allison is the Junior Designer for the Global Journal, and is currently a second-year Public Health major withs particular interests in health justice, law & policy, and globalization. Beginning at Northeastern through N.U.in Greece following a gap year of destinations such as Ireland, South Africa, and Costa Rica, she has cultivated a strong appreciation for learning globally. In her free time, Allison enjoys reading and playing tennis!
